Meet Ben, the right-hand man at Dail Golf. He is a seasoned professional with 8 years of experience in the golf course maintenance industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Golf Course Maintenance Operations. His journey in this field began in 2015 when he crossed paths with Geoff at a local semi-private facility. Transitioning from another field, Ben was immediately drawn to the diverse daily duties and challenges of golf course maintenance.
As a Class A Golf Course Superintendent, Ben brings extensive expertise in managing maintenance operations for multiple 18-hole golf facilities. His experience spans the establishment and growth of both warm and cool season turfgrass varieties. Beyond his role in overseeing the comprehensive maintenance operations at Dail Golf, Ben actively engages in collaborative projects with our construction team.
A proud native of Winston-Salem, NC, Ben resides with his wife and two children. His passion for the intricacies of golf course maintenance makes him a vital part of the Dail Golf team.
